Juvenile on the beach near bin 11. Overall dark brown sulid with pale yellow legs, pinkish bill with darker, poorly defined tip. Dark grayish blue flesh around the eye. I did approach this bird in the dark, but kept my distance to about 20 and stayed on my car'. It was very wobbly in the wind and tipped over multiple times in the 5 minutes I was there. There was also HEGU bothering it.
