Found yesterday by Willie D’Anna. Continuing today. Digiscoped video in flight. May have been out of sight on the backside of breakwall. I had checked from several locations without success and all of the sudden it appeared in flight from near the breakwall. Did a western loop and then eastern loop. Was flight back towards piers when I lost it in the reflection as I was trying to get video again. May have gone behind breakwall again.
