With assistance from Sean C, a review of the couple of videos I took of this bird it was determined to be a Common Goldeneye. Unusually late. Harder to make out on the stills, but bird has the triangular head shape and completely brown head of cogo. I also note Aaron Lehr had a cogo on Jun 2nd in Mamaroneck Harbor, so this is a continuing bird.
