Uncommon. Large-headed deep-vested flycatcher moving from one prominent perch to another. In the open area just north of nelson street. I often check this spot for them since having 2 or 3 here one day in may many years ago. Unfortunately, the spot has grown up and many snags have fallen, but still a good trap for them as there is not a lot of other habitat nearby. Photos, video.
