Stunning, small chickadee-size. Slate/blue grey with vibrant yellow belly and dark speckles- not streaks like a magnolia. Viewed with 10 x 42 binoculars 40-50ft away. It would fly to a different branch and pause and perch before moving to another. Hung around low to mid branches of deciduous trees. Audio confirmation uploaded.
