Back bird has mussel in his mouth and swallows it this time.
觀察細節
Several groups foraged in different areas, the vast majority were males. Timing of a couple of foraging birds revealed that they stayed underwater for 12 -15 seconds. One male followed another male who had a small mussel in its bill. It manipulated the mussel and seemed to attempt to swallow it. We're not sure if it eventually did swallow it or if it dropped it.
