Flying with bouncing flight over the trees lining the khawr. Long forked tail with slightly raised tips. Brownish primaries but otherwise looked all black with red eyes. Main call a shikra-like ti-tew… ti-tew matching examples of Black. Photos by RP and recordings by MR to add.
