觀察細節

BT notes--Got a few glimpses of it at 1355, mostly of the head. Pink beak, rusty cap, plain gray face with thin, white, complete eye ring. Did see that it had a pair of thin white wingbars, and was smaller bodied than nearby GCSP and WCSP. Reappeared at 1430 for better views. At seedpiles by first parking area.
