觀察細節

Flew by at eye level while I was standing in my bedroom. Superficially like a Turkey Vulture but clearly had a black head and black and white striped tail. Appeared to be hunting the local Rock Pigeons, interestingly, as I watched it dive bomb them multiple times as they scattered away from it. Cell phone pics.
