A first-cycle bird - not the same bird as Dec 13 from Heron Drive. It is an accepted TBRC record, but I have just noticed that the Masterlist has erroneously merged the TBRC document numbers for this record and the Dec 13 record. First seen on this date, but not fully IDed until Dec 18.
