Found by Andy Georgeson this morning, likely the same bird seen by Cole Bishop at Duck Hollow a few days ago. What a great Christmas gift, especially after I searched the waterfront for hours with no luck following the first sighting of this bird. Small goose in CANG flock - black head and neck with white necklace. Bullied by CANG but not very bothered by people. We stayed on the walking paths and it continued feeding the entire time, often wandering close to me.
