Pale sandpiper, with streaks turning in to clean white flanks and under-tail, proportionately long-winged with folded wings tips extending beyond tail, white rump, stout straightbill with hint of pale lores and chin. Smaller than Sharp-tailed Sandpiper, larger than Red-necked Stint. Feeding and loafing in crake pond.
