Found earlier by Bryce Perles and seen by others, including Court Harding, Karol Pasquinelli, and Jessie Sauder. Dark, large duck with a thick bill. Apparent white on back of the head leads toward a male ID, but also white patch at base of the bill which leans toward female or immature. Is this early enough for a male to be between plumages? Court H. Has a much better photo than the awful ones I’m attaching from my more distant side of the river.
