Continuing rarity. Observed on the outer rocks with a Black Turnstone, a couple Pelagic Cormorant, and a couple Western Gulls. Distinct tapered, pinkish bill. About 15 other birders there over the course of the time I observed the bird. Preening and resting. Stayed in the same place the duration I was there. Lifer! Super poor pic. Couldn’t digiscope.
