Apparent first Parmer County record. Flew in and landed on the shore, giving me great scope views for a couple minutes. Diagnostic digiscoped video taken. I believe the bird was a juvenile or possibly a basic plumage adult. Light sandy brown overall with grayish legs. Weak and short whitish supercilium. Large prominent black eye. Upperside in flight most distinctive. Brown with a thin white patch in black primaries. Tail had large black distal blob.
