Observed w/ Matt, Terry, and Randy around 7:30am, 200 yards west of the PDP inlet. White crown is extended and has clean demarcation, very short legs, and less obvious carpel bar. Randy Desoto brought his tern books; our primary focus was the rounding of the head, especially at the bill. These photos are screen shots of video I took, which I can provide if needed. We’re not 100%, but think we have a good candidate; enough to post photos/video for review.
