觀察細節

First spotted from the window and subsequently investigated outside where all the good features could be seen. Juvenile, showing heavily scaled upperparts, brownish breastband and auriculars. The lores met the gape and the supercillim was limited and buffy (variable in juveniles). It had a dark orbital ring, thinner bill, and essentially no palmation, all of which made for a straightforward ID.
