Continuing bird, found by Tara Yeackel? Third state record?! Worn kingbird with gray head, brownish mantle, sulfur-y yellow belly, large bill (too large for WEKI). Doug confirmed TRKI over COKI based on voice recordings; I never heard it vocalize. Very cooperative. Bird was hawking insects from the power lines along the road leading to the dam; at one point I watched it absolutely house a dragonfly that seemed way too big for it to swallow. Got some cell phone quality photos. Lifer!
