觀察細節

Large graceful bird seen gliding through area towards park entrance first time, white head and under white while rest was dark blue gray/black with distinctively forked tail. Seen clearly again directly overhead trail not more than 40 feet with group of non birding teenagers. Will attach phone video screen shot showing tail.
