觀察細節

Continuing first cycle bird. Arrived at 7:45. Preened and stayed about 15 mins on pier. Flew toward golf course. Came back at 8;10 and sat on pier until non-birder walked to end of pier. Flew around and landed on large white float. Large gull with massive mostly black bill. Dark tail and light rump. Mantle mix of brown and dark gray feathers. Mostly white below. Grayish cheek though rest of head and neck white. Pics later.
