Continuing male. Striped back, yellow cap. Photos and video obtained, including rough zoomed-in video screenshot included now; will add the better ones later if necessary Edit: adding a better photo as this has not been accepted yet. It’s a back-of-camera shot with phone but should suffice as evidence I hope!
