Same bird I saw here last weekend. If it’s a DCC please correct me, but it appears to be really too large to be a juvenile DCC. Juvenile plumage with all white belly, white throat, streaky black-gray band at neckline. Bill is mostly steel colored with a spot of yellow near base. Adding media
