觀察細節

Large flock of mergansers floating at a distance from the beach on Lake Michigan. Rough estimate from counting birds in one frame and scaling by the total breadth of the flock. Tough to determine exact species from this distance, but at least some of them have the shaggier crest normally seen on the Red-breasted Merganser. Could be the same flock I reported flying by earlier on this day.
