觀察細節

This large buteo had a very light head and ventral side, including almost no patagial marks. That and the tail had us thinking Ferruginous but looking at photos (we'll add later) the dorsal side was more brownish than rusty tones and the feathers did not cover the tarsi as much as we think it should for FEHA.
