I know it's not very good, but I let the bird get too far away and only had my phone. It's facing me with its head turned, so at least the head spot is showing. This will be my motivation to upgrade my phone and start thinking about a camera I can carry again, because I'm sad I didn't better document this guy.
觀察細節
Adult male, swam under the footbridge on the west trail, south of Hall, and into the wetland. The look I got was unmistakable, but the photo leaves a lot to be desired. Sorry for that. The bird is facing me with head turned, showing off the round facial spot.
