An all yellow colored warbler. No visible wingbar noticed. Seen across the water on ground level bushes. Didn't have my binoculars or camera with me. First reaction was to think it was a Yellow Warbler considering the behavior and body coloration, although I'm not sure if they're expected here at this time. Poor photograph added which was shot on my phone.
