觀察細節

Seen drop down from a wire on the south side of CR D. We turned around to get a better look. Lighter colored dove, appearing slightly larger than a morning dove. Tail is gray in the middle flanked by white on the outer edges. Wings show darker black color noticeable in flight. Distinct half collar on the back of neck. Second "rarity" of the day. Saw a northern harrier off of SR 109 about 2 and half hours earlier. Great day!
