Small storm-petrel with more bounding flight style than BLSP or ASSP. Several seen today (split among various checklists). Most showed brownish rumps with white edges, although some were almost all dark. Strong carpal bars on upper wing surfaces. Short forked-tail. Underwings appeared to be all dark, not with a silvery panel as an Ashy has.
