Found exactly where described by Tim Roth, although it took me some time to find the spot. Photos. To get there: from 4th St, enter the quad from b/t College and Howard St. Walk up hill, cross Howard St. and enter another quad area, where you’ll see various painted trees. The small area I explored was active. On map: the black X is 4th st., yellow X is where the PROW was found.
