Foraging bird on a branch. While Clements regards this as a subspecies, Hilty has a preference for it as a species of its own, While-capped Parrot P. seniloides. It is uncommon and local in the Venezuelan Andes. This individual was foraging with its mate. Elevation: 2679 m. Date added to IBC: June 21, 2016.
