A Cape Starling stealing scraps from a barbeque. Cape Starlings (Lamprotornis nitens) are a common bird with a wide distribution through savanna woodlands and riverine forests sub-Saharan Africa. They are omnivorous, mainly eating fruit and insects but they are also opportunistic, stealing food from picnic tables, and in this case a barbeque in the Pretoriuskop Restcamp in the southern section of Kruger National Park.
