***Extremely rare, my first in the county and only my third in Basin. Found across road this morning by Lea Callan. Refound by a group of us checking on report. Stayed distant in back of field across from Sunrise Dr., then along hedgerow off Town Line Road (crossed town lines from Newfield to Danby). Obvious western, yellow-bellied Tyrannus with obvious white outer tail feathers. Hatch year bird with obvious pale fringing on wing coverts.
