Female type. Within a mixed flock along the south hiking trail from the main parking lot at the fire tower (west end of Croom Road within the forest). This bird showed the yellow markings of a female redstart or, possibly, a first-winter male. It was very hyper, moving about quickly. I feel fortunate to have gotten any of these pictures, as bad as they are , of this first for Brooksville CBC species.
