I think it's Corthylio calendula (ruby-crowned kinglet) from the photo? Merlin flagged it in a recording, too (first 5 seconds). Has the tail, body flashes olive-ish when it turns, moves around quickly. But I can't swear to it, and would have been a lifer if I'd logged it on this checklist, so I'm leaving it off.
