Light morph bird ongoing. Clearly could see the white belly and lower breast with broken or partial bib. That "brokenness" could have been due to the wind and angle of the bird, but we could not really stop for full observation due to rules of the site in which stopping is prohibited as misbehaving photographers have made any stopping untenable. Bravo for the managers putting a halt to all stopping or exiting vehicles to quell the overstaying by many photographers, but saying that the necessity for such management is shameful is gross understatement.
