Was expecting a ladder-backed when I heard woodpecker noises outside my office and got a surprise instead. Bird was making the rounds to the multiple agave stalks in our front yard. Was finding peanuts that the scrub jays had stashed. Has been flying back and forth between our yard and a couple of our neighbors for over an hour now. Hopefully it will stick around. Photo.
