Juveniles or immature. Brown with mottled white. One had distinct white patch on underside of wings. Noticeable dark-white-dark tail pattern. Feeding on carcass of a small animal about 100 feet from road. They took off as we stopped the car and one carried the remains away. One later perched on a high telephone pole.
