Continuing. As noted Kristin Vail located this bird near the top of a tee at the western edge of Fireman's Flat (south of the road). It stayed in the same tree the whole time, occasionally sallying out for flies but quickly returning. It did not appear to be bothered by other birds. It looks quite comfortable, much like the pewee that was seen for many years in the Palisades. Merlin identified its call that apparently was infrequent.
