First seen in same area as reported by Jasmine Kay, approx. 33.6846359, -118.0243904, sallying off the dry reeds to flycatch in this area, but ranging to the rusty fence directly north and also down slope to the fencing that surrounds the oil property. Similar in size, shape, and behavior as BLPH, but rounded crest, pale yellow throat and breast with a little darker streaking on the sides. Upperparts a dark and drab grayish brown. Photo TBA.
