Continuing red male calling Pit a Tuk. First ran into him on Mineral Wells trail near where it ends at Eckert trail and got photos. Later he was calling above the first bear cave but absolutely could not see him no matter how hard I tried from every angle. The echoing nature of that call makes it so difficult to pinpoint the bird's location in tighter quarters like between the bear cave and the trees right there. Super frustrating.
