Yellow Tanager with black tail black wings and Wing bars (upper one was yellow) making a distinct short 'churrup' call which you can hear in the attached recording. Also see photo Bird was feeding on the bushes right outside the bathrooms. Photograph from the parking lot. Flew into the center of the parking lot where a couple of guy saw it and then it flew East according to them.
