Spotted from one photograph taken pretty far off. Enlarged version shows possible Barrow's goldeneye due to head shape and stubby bill, but lack of better detail and more looks at different angles make it tough to ID from common goldeneye. Crop at 100 percent resolution and another version enlarged provided.
