观察细节

Observed from South side on beach, with gull flock on South spit of redwood creek mouth. First spotted by Aidan in channel swimming/bathing with gull flock, then after a while landed on the beach, where we observed it for a good duration of time. Left it on the beach around 15:50. Aidan might have had it offshore a little while before, but those were very brief views. Immature bird, extremely pale with stark bicolored bill. Chocolatey speckling on the secondaries. Photos.
