Female. Initially suggested by Deepak and Merlin, also suggested by Mike Prince. Pot-bellied look, white throat, rufous cap, weak white eyebrow and face pattern. Siberian Rubythroat is a lot less common and has a stronger face pattern / white eyebrow according to eBird images [1, 2]. Legs are hard to judge due to backlight, but that's an element leaning toward Siberian. Plumage looks grayish rather than olive green.
