I've always daydreamed about PRFA wintering on the northern rocky hillside whenever I bird here. Here's to hoping it sticks around.. Large pale falcon first seen skimming the north hillside, headed SW. Stopped on the raptor perch and waited politely for me to run across the preserve. Later flew NW to perch in the brush along the road (that runs to Tanaka farm I think?).
