Late to the party for this great find by Jean and Blayne Farnan on the 15th. Black and white head with yellow spot between bill and eye, gray body with white wing bars, dark streaks down flanks, looks like an immature individual. Seen briefly feeding in vine tangle along roadway, then abruptly departed deep into a cedar row at residence across road (probable roost). Lucky to see due to wind event yesterday and today!
