First winter bird. Uniformly pale with small eye, bicolored bill. No reason to suspect Seward Gull that I can see. Black appears restricted to the tip of the bill and the bill is not bulbous. Happy for feedback if anyone thinks the ID is questionable. Bad light and distant bird, so the photos are poor, unfortunately.
