Continuing bird found by AJ a few days ago. Active warbler with olive, brown and yellow tones, brown streaking on breast, yellow undertail and noticeable constrasty pale “eyebrows”. Viewed mostly in trees that line the little fenced off area just south of the lake/pond. It mostly stayed in the trees but would also dive down into the parking lot and forage on the ground while pumping its tail often. Chased a few yellow rumps when they got too close and also fired off several sharp/high-pitched calls.
