Migrating! Mostly coming overhead from the northeast and heading south, sometimes crossing the river to do so on the New Jersey side. Readily identifiable by long tail and flappy flight compared to that of Red-tailed. Confirmed each time by boldly barred tail and pale wing crescents. Nice views of a couple adults. A couple others were backlit, so I couldn't see the breast coloration to determine age.
