Self found tick (now 302 UK & Eire). First glimpsed looking directly into the light in small Sycamore, registering only a broad eyestripe before the bird flitted back into denser cover. After this point a couple of quiet calls heard over then next 40 minutes. Finally located deep in bramble when wingbars were seen with naked eye. Eventually returned to the same small Sycamore where it gave excellent views plus a few more calls. Photos and sound recordings to follow.
